Brand Story Studio

When I launched Nurture Marketing, I had the fortune to meet a fabulous Norfolk-based photographer on the 'gram. I was looking for images for my website and the awesome Rob Dodsworth answered my call.

We met, and immediately clicked. Rob is responsible for all the stunning photography I use across all my brand assets.

The brief

Having worked for many years as a wedding photographer, Rob had a growing portfolio of personal brand clients. He had an interest and flair for documentary-style photography and wanted to bring this to the business community.

He decided to devise a completely new brand for this side of his business called Brand Story Studio and I was lucky enough to be hired to create this for him.

The starting point

Rob wanted Brand Story Studio to be vibrant, professional and personal. It needed to attract corporate clients, whilst showing his great personality and demonstrating his skill as a personal brand photographer.

Logo development

I started with five different logo concepts...

Rob liked the look and feel of the last set, so I then worked up a suite of...

Social media templates

These were created in Canva and supplied to Rob as editable templates so he could manage his own social posts going forward.

Business card

Again, we needed something with impact and was memorable, so we used Rob's headshot on the card.

Looks cool, right?

Website

The website needed to look great, load fast, have an area Rob could contain his portfolio of corporate photography, integrate his calendar booking software, have an enquiry form, pricing and subscription info and an email newsletter sign-up.

I created this awesome site using Squarespace. I tend to design using Wix, Squarespace or Shopify and occasionally WordPress.

I also added a cookies pop up, T&Cs doc and a privacy policy. Everything was responsive for mobile, too.
