Meet our latest leopard, Emma

We are super excited to introduce you to our latest leopard at the lair, Emma Jermany!

Emma is 23, is our Design & Content Assistant, and recently achieved a DISTINCTION (marketing genius) in her marketing apprenticeship. Having previously worked at Norwich City FC and Norfolk Chambers of Commerce she is already proving to be a massive asset to our firm. We love her!

Let's get to know her...

What job did you want to do when you were younger?

I always saw myself working with animals and from a very young age I wanted to be a vet. As soon as I realised being a vet was more than just cuddling cats and dogs all day, I decided it wasn’t the job for me.

What three things are on your bucket list?

-          Go to Iceland and see the Northern Lights

-          Own a vintage VW Campervan (preferably in red)

-          Go up in a hot air balloon

What was your first ever job?

My first job was at Norwich City Football Club where I worked in retail both instore and in the warehouse. I later took on more of an office job and joined customer services.

Which three people would you invite to a dinner party, alive or dead and why?

My first invite would definitely go to Winston Churchill, I was fascinated by history in school and college so I would love to sit down and talk to him.

Secondly, Shonda Rhimes, creator of Greys Anatomy and lastly Paul O’Grady; I loved watching Paul O’Grady: For Love of Dogs and would love to find out more about his life and love of animals. So, a very random dinner party!

Who inspires you? Why?

My family. My family have had amazing careers while staying family orientated, and this is what I want to achieve.

What is your favourite country you have visited?

I haven’t travelled to many places, but Spain is probably top at the minute. You can’t beat a relaxing and hot holiday.

What does a typical Sunday look like for you?

Sundays for me are normally chilled after spending Saturday watching football. I like to have a relaxing Sunday watching films with a nice roast dinner in the evening.

Why did you want to work at Nurture Marketing?

I have always admired Rechenda’s ambition and work, and when I met the team at Nurture, I knew it would be a perfect fit. I had never worked in an agency before and after finishing my apprenticeship, I wanted to try something different, and I love it!

If you fancy working with the mad but fantastic Nurture Marketing team, contact us today to see how we could help.
