Nurture Marketing founder Rechenda Smith has been elected by members of the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB) to be one of their area leads for Norfolk and Suffolk.
It is a voluntary position for three years, supporting the full-time East Anglia Development Manager for FSB, Candy Richards. She joins the existing area lead, Andy Skinner, Director of AMS Business Consultants in Ipswich who shares the role.
Candy Richards said: "We are very excited to have Rechenda on board supporting
the work of the FSB in our region. She will be an excellent ambassador and we already have a few exciting events planned for the region that both members and non-members alike will love. Rechenda will be using her marketing expertise and bundles of energy to help deliver some exciting activity over the coming months. Watch this space!"
Nurture Marketing has also featured in a national 'member stories' campaign for the FSB:
Rechenda added: "I can't wait to get my teeth stuck into this role. I really am an advocate for our region - I want Norfolk and Suffolk to thrive economically, be innovative and create new jobs and opportunities. I will be planning to connect as many businesses in East Anglia with each other as possible with some cracking events."
